Return & Refund Policy

At WatchStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the product in accordance with the terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must include all accessories, manuals, and documentation

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.
